Returns and Refunds
All orders can be cancelled until they are produced. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the produced and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
SHIPPING:
On average, the order is produced and shipped from our facility 1-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (7-10 days for domestic)
RETURN:
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. Should you want a replacement, please send an email to amztees.shop@gmail.com with a picture of the product. We will have no further question and will ship a replacement to you free of charge. The replacement will be shipped at standard shipping mode and will arrive after 7-10 days from the date of your email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
Please make sure that:
+ The product was purchased in the last 30 days
+ The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
+ The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered.
Original condition is consider as any merchandise that is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please contact us before returning an item and always include your order number in the package with the returned item.

Our guaranteed shipping time is 30 days. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time, you can request a refund as well.

The timeframe depends on the payment method.
Credit card or debit card refunds may take up to five business days to post to your bank, then up to two billing cycles to appear on the bank statement.
PayPal refunds may take 7-10 business days to post.
